I was born in Corpus Christi,Texas,and moved shortly afterwards to Claymont ,Delaware.The sea has always been a fascination.From the summers growing up in Claymont,one of my most defining memories is playing along the overgrown leafy banks of Naamans Creek.One early summer day my first girlfriend ,debbie suma and I,with some other friends set out to build a raft and sail it all the way to the Delaware River.Never strayed from Naamans creek,but the shared adventure was still a treasured memory.After some time attending the University of Delaware,I went to the south of France to study at the U.de Montpellier(institut des etudiants etrangers)No regrets.I met some fascinating and remarkable people on my journeying.And for the past twenty years i have worked for Sunoco and Maritrans.I am still passionately attentive to philosophy and poetry instilled in my heart's memory by my literary mentor Samuel Taylor Coleridge.
